Maison Guillot-Broux 2020 - Mâcon-Villages Blanc (organic)

Domaine Guillot-Broux was founded in 1978 by Jean-Gérard and Jacqueline Guillot (Broux was her maiden name). The estate is now run by their children, Patrice and Emmanuel Guillot. The 17 hectares of vines are spread over 3 villages: Cruzille, Grévilly and Chardonnay, divided into 3 appellations: Bourgogne, Mâcon Cruzille and Mâcon Chardonnay. 

Aged 6 months in oak barrels and 2 months in vats, this wine is fresh, mineral, and slightly lemony.
