Maison Guillot-Broux "Repostère" 2020 - Pouilly-Fuissé (organic)

Domaine Guillot-Broux was founded in 1978 by Jean-Gérard and Jacqueline Guillot (Broux was her maiden name). The estate is now run by their children, Patrice and Emmanuel Guillot. The 17 hectares of vines are spread over 3 villages: Cruzille, Grévilly and Chardonnay, divided into 3 appellations: Bourgogne, Mâcon Cruzille and Mâcon Chardonnay. 

Aged for 11 months on the lees in oak barrels, this wine has a frank attack, with a nice roundness and a floral finish with a hint of linden.
