Maison Guillot-Broux "Les Plessys" 2019 - Pouilly-Fuissé (organic)

Domaine Guillot-Broux was founded in 1978 by Jean-Gérard and Jacqueline Guillot (Broux was her maiden name). The estate is now run by their children, Patrice and Emmanuel Guillot. The 17 hectares of vines are spread over 3 villages: Cruzille, Grévilly and Chardonnay, divided into 3 appellations: Bourgogne, Mâcon Cruzille and Mâcon Chardonnay. 

With a beautiful relief, this Pouilly-Fuissé displays aromatic nuances that range from honeyed notes, subtle hazelnut, to white fruit and citrus zest aromas. Chiseled and precise, this perfectly balanced Chardonnay is fresh, salivating, with a beautiful persistence. An ideal wine for aperitif and light fares
