Maison Guillot-Broux "La Métertière" 2020 - Pouilly-Fuissé (organic)

Domaine Guillot-Broux was founded in 1978 by Jean-Gérard and Jacqueline Guillot (Broux was her maiden name). The estate is now run by their children, Patrice and Emmanuel Guillot. The 17 hectares of vines are spread over 3 villages: Cruzille, Grévilly and Chardonnay, divided into 3 appellations: Bourgogne, Mâcon Cruzille and Mâcon Chardonnay. 

A terrific new cuvée, the Pouilly-Fuissé Les Métertières mingles aromas of pear, fresh bread and orange oil in an inviting bouquet. Medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, with bright acids and a penetrating finish, it's maturing in foudre on the lees.
