Organic Gin Bercloux

An organic Gin that will delight juniper and coriander lovers!  

This Gin is made from the divine fusion of five organically grown ingredients: juniper berries, coriander, some angelica roots, some calamus roots and maniguette - also known as seeds of paradise. A spicy and herbaceous bouquet, a round and smooth palate, a beautiful freshness coupled with a great precision. Its relatively high alcohol content (47%) allows a good balance between flavor and power. The final note brings a touch of resin and bitterness, reminiscent of quinine drinks. An exceptional Gin to enjoy alone or in a cocktail. 

Founded in 2002 by Philippe Laclie in Bercloux, Charente-Maritime, the Bercloux Brewery gave birth in 2014 to La Distillerie de Bercloux.
