Champagne Louis Nouvelot "Topaze"

Louis Nouvelot champagne is the product of a family estate of 55 hectares located in the Marne Valley and created by Albert Baron and his wife Beatrice in 1946. Today, the three Baron sisters (Claire, Lise and Aline) manage the estate and the champagnes are certified High Environmental Value. 

With its high proportion of Chardonnay, this wine has both richness and a tight texture. Its generosity is balanced by the bright white fruits and citrus notes.
