Champagne Delamotte Brut
An orchestra of three varieties resulting in a particularly balanced Brut. The 55% of chardonnay lays the foundations of its structure, the 35% of pinot noir brings depth and fruity aromas, and the 10% of pinot meunier sublimates it all with the richness of its aromas.
Freshness and roundness combine for a clean and fruity finish (citrus, white flowers, lemon peel). A balanced and elegant wine, with a delicate effervescence. After thirty to thirty-six months of aging on the lees in the cellar, a slight dosage is added to the Delamotte Brut champagne.
The Delamotte house is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, in Mesnil-sur-Oger. Founded in 1760 by François Delamotte, it has been perpetuating the tradition of its creator for more than 250 years, through champagnes that combine freshness and character.
